Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for items purchased directly from www.roomy.store within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused

• The item is undamaged

• All original tags are intact

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@roomy.store and include your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds for Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product with a defect or an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your package.

• Your order number

• Photos of the item received

• A brief description of the concern

Our team will review your request and assist you accordingly.
